**Marine Planning Manager**:
**Job Responsibilities**:

- **Managing a team of Marine Planners, responsible for the Ocean vessel operation of our mainline and feeder services;**:

- **Uses frontline and terminal, fleet, and vessel command knowledge and expertise to enhance processes and network efficiency;**:

- **Drives and executes a reliable and cost-efficient network;**:

- **Responsible for contingency handling related to Marine activities and drives coordination across Ocean Customer Logistics related to same;**:

- **Uses relevant sources and coorporation partners to enhance processes and network efficiency;**:

- **Drives environmental performance, encompassing all marine related activities;**:

- **Works closely with equipment management and capacity planning functions to optimise our network;**:

- **Has responsibility for training and growing employees within the function, improves the way the team works;**:

- **Develops people - coaching and mentoring to build organizational capability and talent.**

**Skills**:

- **Minimum of 10+ years in similar senior capacity within Ocean logistics;**:

- **Proven track record of leading a team, driving results and building employee engagement;**:

- **Knowledge of Maersk Liner Business operational and commercial processes is an advantage;**:

- **Have analytical skills and is capable of simplifying complex problems through structured and detailed analysis and recommendations;**:

- **Continuous improvement and agility mindset;**:

- **Impactful communicator at various levels of the organization, engaging effectively with all stakeholders.**
