We are looking for a highly motivated and competent individual to join our team in the key role of Customer Care Officer at our Head Office in Cape Town. This role is suitable for an individual for whom going the extra mile for a customer is considered a privilege and a pleasure. The individual we seek will be passionate about providing the very best service to our customers and will be responsible for managing and responding to all inbound customer queries ranging from general enquiries to following up on order fulfilment, to ensure that our customers experience a truly world-class service.

All inbound customer contact, both telephonic and electronic, will be channelled to the Customer Care Officer who will take ownership of the customer interaction and be the customer’s sole point of contact for query resolution.

The tasks will often involve:
Investigation of our system

Interaction with various members of our organisation to get the relevant answers and where applicable make the appropriate arrangements to deal with the customer query.

Logging & recording all customer interaction

Compiling monthly customer interaction reports

Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills - verbal and written

Excellent interpersonal skills

Good computer literacy including:
Excel
