**Key Responsibilities**

**Content Creation & Social Media**
- Develop, schedule, and post engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Create high-quality graphics, carousels, and infographics using tools like Canva and AI platforms
- Film, edit, and produce short-form videos and reels for social media.
- Write engaging captions aligned with brand voice and marketing goals.
- Monitor, engage, and respond to messages and comments across platforms.
- Track performance analytics and prepare engagement reports.

**Digital Marketing Campaigns**
- Assist in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Support lead-generation efforts through organic and paid digital initiatives.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize campaign performance and conversions.

**SEO & Website Management**
- Maintain and update website content.
- Monitor web analytics and SEO performance; suggest improvements.

**AI & Automation**
- Use AI tools for content ideation, copywriting, and creative asset generation.
- Experiment with automation tools for posting, reporting, and engagement.

**Market & Competitor Insights**
- Research digital trends, competitors, and audience insights to inform content and campaign strategy.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills.
- Proficient in Canva, CapCut (or similar video editing tools), and basic graphic design.
- Understanding of SEO principles and Google Analytics.
- Comfortable using AI tools for creative and marketing purposes.
