About the Role HAMAC is looking for a motivated and analytical Junior Digital Marketing Executive to join our fast-paced, innovative team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a solid understanding of social media and digital marketing, who is eager to grow their skills and gain hands-on experience in online channel performance, audits, and reporting. You'll support the digital team in evaluating online presence, generating reports, and assisting in strategic content decisions — while developing your technical skills across various platforms and tools. Full training on internal systems will be provided. Key Responsibilities Conduct online channel audits for hotels and travel-related businesses. Prepare digital performance reports with strong attention to accuracy and data integrity. Work with Excel to track KPIs, performance metrics, and campaign outcomes. Support social media content creation, planning, community management and analysis. Assist in reporting using Meta Business Manager, TikTok and other platforms. Monitor and analyze social media trends, performance, and engagement. Support SEO reviews and basic keyword tracking (training provided). Learn and assist with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools. Stay up to date on AI tools and their application in marketing. Support the team with administrative and strategic tasks where required. Requirements A qualification or experience in digital marketing, social media, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in Excel and confidence working with data and spreadsheets. Good working knowledge of social media platforms, content best practices, and analytics. Familiarity with Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn and TikTok. Basic understanding or keen interest in SEO, CRM, and AI tools. Excellent attention to detail and a proactive attitude. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. A genuine interest in travel, tourism, and the online space.
