About the role
Duca Del Cosma is seeking a junior digital marketing coordinator. If you live and breathe digital marketing, this could be the role for you. Your big focus will be to develop, implement, track and optimise our digital marketing campaigns and our e-commerce website across Duca del Cosma’s digital channels. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools, technologies, strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Key responsibilities
Performing administrative tasks to ensure the functionality of marketing activities.
Employing online marketing analytics to gather information from web and social media pages.
Updating databases, spreadsheets, and inventory lists.
Composing and posting online content for the company’s social media page and website.
Building strong relationships with customers.
**Analytics**: Monitoring Google Analytics and adding results to a spreadsheet to analyse website traffic and make recommendations to optimise the pages, such as reducing bounce for SEO.
**Content Writing**: Writing content for the company blog, website and social media channels.
**Website Management**: Building webpages, creating landing pages and generally updating the website.
**Community Management**: Managing and creating content for social media channels, you may also use a CRM to manage relationships with customers.
Responsible for overall site delivery (profitability), maintenance, customer acquisition and retention, lead generation and driving sales. Competencies

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field.
Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
Knowledge of ad serving tools
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Proficient in MS Office and marketing software.
Knowledge of CRM tools, Google AdWords, and online analytics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
