As a leading property and finance group that has been helping hundreds of every day Australians get their foot into the property market with little to no deposit, and we are looking for people excited to make a positive impact and take the next step in the world of customer service

This position will see you:

- Manage your own portfolio of clients
- Case manage, efficiently and effectively transition them to finance and property allocation team
- Deliver high quality customer service and develop a good working relationship with all customers and internal stakeholders

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience in customer service, administration and/or call centre role
- Strong customer service skills with a highly empathetic approach
- A passion for making a difference and helping people get into the property market
- An engaging and courteous phone manner with the ability to type and talk concurrently
- Ability to handle multiple and competing tasks to meet customer needs
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to critically assess and analyse tasks

**Salary**: R7,000.00 - R8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Century City, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer Service/Case Management: 2 years (required)

- English (required)
