Henchem Environmental Management Solutions are seeking for a Internal Sales Representative to join their team.

**BASIC FUNCTION & SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible for the promotion and sales of our product range within our retail store.
- Offer assistance to customers by providing information on products to enhance sales.
- Helps customers make selections by building customer confidence, offering suggestions and opinions.
- Closing the deal
- Invoicing of sale on Pastel Point of Sale,
- Responsible for petty cash
- Telephonic and electronic communication with existing customers and cold calling of potential customers.
- Assisting with stocking shelves with merchandise and ensuring optimal shelf space and positioning.

**PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Promoting products and specials to walk-in customers and
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring thorough product knowledge and provide information on products and company to the customer
- Explaining features of a product to potential customers
- Answer questions and aim to convince customers to buy a product
- Keeping the shelves tidy and well stocked with products
- Keeping track of expiry dates and damaged stock (both on shelf and in holding area)
- Arranging stock on shelves for maximum visibility
- Recording transactions and stock levels
- Re-ordering stock
- Know how to up-sell our products
- Staying up to date with new products and attend all product training conducted by Henchem
- Representing our brand in a professional and positive manner
- Closing the deal
- Invoicing sale on Pastel Point of Sale system
- Receiving payment from customers via credit card and cash

**GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Adhering to general Employment contract conditions such as
- Working hours: 08:00 - 16:30 (Monday - Friday)
- Adhering to general Rules and Regulations of Employment contract such as:

- Visiting retail stores by following a pre-determined schedule (which will change from time to time.

**ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE**
- Report to: CEO

**WORKING CONDITIONS**
- PHYSICAL SURROUNDINGS **- **Warehouse Retail shop

**EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Fluent in Afrikaans, English
- Must have Grade 12

**EXPERIENCE**
- Basic computer programmes (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excell & Outlook)
- Pastel Point of Sale
- Experience in a sales environment and marketing

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R8 500,00 - R10 000,00 per month
