**Purpose of the Job**:
We're looking for a dynamic and creative Visual Merchandiser to elevate the appeal of our Medirite Plus stores, increase sales, and provide an outstanding in-store experience that reflects our brand's identity.
Your main goal will be to utilize visual merchandising to enhance our branding, meet sales targets, and maximize profitability.

**Job Objectives**:
- **Visual Display Design**: Conceptualize and create visually appealing merchandise displays that effectively showcase products and attract customer attention across all Medirite Plus stores. Source props, materials, and accessories necessary for the displays.
- **Budget Management**: Provide input into the budgeting process and diligently track budgets related to visual merchandising initiatives.
- **Store Layout Optimization**: Collaborate with the core Medirite team and store management to optimize product layout, ensuring an efficient and engaging shopping experience for customers.
- **Window Display Creation**: Develop captivating window displays that convey the store’s theme, highlight promotions, and entice potential customers.
- **Product Placement Strategy**: Ensure merchandise is strategically placed to maximize visibility, accessibility, and overall aesthetic appeal.
- **Signage and Graphics**: Design and place signage and point-of-sale materials that communicate product information, pricing, and promotional messages.
- **Seasonal Themes Implementation**: Create and implement seasonal and thematic displays to coincide with holidays, special events, and seasonal changes.
- **Inventory Coordination**: Collaborate with Buyers and Store Management to ensure displays accurately represent available stock and develop action plans for overstocks.
- **Visual Merchandising Guidelines**: Develop and maintain visual merchandising guidelines for the store, and provide training to store staff on visual standards.
- **Market Research and Analysis**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor displays, and customer preferences to continually update and improve visual merchandising strategies.
- **Customer Engagement**: Observe customer reactions to displays, gather feedback, and make adjustments to enhance the overall shopping experience.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Store Management teams to align visual merchandising strategies with overall business goals and promotional campaigns.
- **Maintenance and Upkeep**: Regularly inspect and maintain displays to ensure they remain in good condition, making adjustments as needed to keep the visual presentation fresh and appealing.
- **Sales Analysis**: Use sales data, insights, and trends to guide display and product placement decisions.
- **POS Management**: Order relevant point-of-sale materials for stores and ensure stores execute according to guidelines.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular updates and reports to the Brand Manager, including pictures of in-store executions, to track the progress and effectiveness of visual merchandising efforts.

- Matric
- Degree in Visual Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field
**Experience**:

- 3+ years of experience working in visual merchandising or related fields.
