Remote working. - Good English Language written and speaking skills - Access to the internet at home - Own Computer/laptop - Space to work at home that is quiet. - Capacity to source power during outages (power bank/charged laptop/solar etc) (we may fund this) - Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday to Friday, 11am to 7pm SA time-zone - Holidays: Follow UK holidays, with flexibility for major South African holidays (20 days pa plus bank holidays in the UK/SA) - Job Description Summary: - Outbound telesales role selling software to businesses to support ethical business processes. - Not a full sales cycle - outreach and qualifying leads obtained from our database - requirement is to secure a demonstration of the software and upon sale commission will be paid. - Knowledge of Zoho CRM is an advantage - Good experience in sales, persuasive communication skills, and "sales DNA" personality - Very important to have a good accent on the phone to ensure UK business people can understand. - Strong skills in logging daily activities, follow-ups, and conversions - Key Responsibilities: - Make high volume of outbound calls to potential business partners. - Using our software to find prospects - Zoominfo - Explain value proposition of our business. - Log all outreach activities, follow-ups, and conversion details in Zoho CRM - Key Qualifications: - Prior experience in telesales or other sales roles - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities - Ability to multi-task and manage high call volumes. - Strong organisational and documentation skills - Self-motivated with a drive to meet targets. - Compensation: - Commission 15% per closed deal rising to 20% for sales over the target - Basic 192,000 Rand - Performance - Requirement to hit sales target of 4 sales per weekn general. **Salary**: R16 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month **Education**: - Certificate (preferred) **Experience**: - Marketing and sales: 2 years (required) **Language**: - English (required) **Location**: - Cape Town, Western Cape (required)
