**Full Job Description**

We are looking for a highly motivated and persuasive telesales agent to join our team. As a telesales agent, your main responsibility will be to find leads and cold-calling.

This position is a **remote position** and you will be provided with access to our VOIP number for phone calls. Compensation will be on a healthy commission basis, so earning potential is uncapped.

**Responsibilities**:

- Finding Leads
- Cold-calling
- Booking Appointments for sales
- Keep accurate records of calls and sales in our CRM system

Required Work Experience, Skills, or Education:

- Prior experience in telesales or sales in telecoms
- Must have knowledge in VoIP, PBX, Cloud Services and Connectivity
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Positive attitude and self-motivation
- Ability to work independently
- Basic computer literacy and knowledge of CRM systems (preferred)

Salary - Commission based for 3 months
- For every successful **appointment**, you will receive R100
- For every successful deal closed, you will receive 10% commission
- If your performance is satisfactory for 3 months, you will receive 10% monthly commission on telephone revenue and any other services sold

**Experience**:

- Telesales Experience in the telecoms industry.
