**Position**: Recruitment and Customer Support Specialist
**Shift Hours**: 16:00 to 00:00
**Days Off**: Two days during the week (mandatory weekend work)
**Salary**: R10,000.00
**Location**: Somerset West
**Own Transport**: _MUST_

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Recruitment**:

- Build and maintain a talent pool for future staffing needs.
- **Customer Support**:

- Provide exceptional customer support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Maintain positive client relationships through effective communication and timely responses.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing requirements and ensure satisfaction.
- **Sales (Hint)**:

- Identify opportunities to upsell recruitment services to existing clients.
- Support the sales team by contributing to client acquisition efforts.
- Showcase the benefits of our recruitment solutions to potential clients.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in recruitment and customer support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Sales acumen with a hint of enthusiasm for client acquisition.
- Own transport is a _MUST_.
