A well-established, fast-growing sales firm with an international footprint based in Somerset West, Cape Town is urgently seeking to employ qualified Consultants to form part of their rapidly expanding sales team. Due to the growth of the company locally and nationally, we are interested in individuals with dynamic skills who are obsessed with quality of service.

This is an exciting position at Stocks Forex Academy - a company which specialises in stock market trading solutions and education.

Stocks Forex Academy offers a Target-Driven salary. This means that set sales targets should be met on a monthly basis
- Commission is earned on each additional sale and is paid out weekly

- **Responsibilities of Sales Representatives**:
The primary purpose of the position:

- Identifying and developing new business opportunities through multiple channels including cold-calling, networking, social media and referrals
- Maintaining positive and lasting client relationships
- Sourcing new leads by means of referrals
- Successfully converting leads into new clients
- Closing deals
- Ensuring weekly sales objectives are met
- On time completion of daily administration objectives

**Requirements and Experience**:
Minimum core competencies required.
- Sales experience - 2 years - any industry
- Matric or equivalent qualification
- Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Must be persuasive, assertive and a good negotiator
- Passionate, and possess entrepreneurial traits
- Have a sincere commitment to quality
- Strong networking and client development abilities
- Able to overcome objections effectively by emphasising the benefits of our financial offering
- Adaptable nature in a fast paced, complex and growing business environment
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Must be willing to work up to 45 hours per week, with flexibility
- A positive, energetic, results driven attitude is a must
