- Managing, coaching and motivating Mining Account Managers within the specified group
- Implement initiatives to drive sales via the sales force within your area and aggressively grow the Division Mining
- Develop and execute all key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans required to achieve set financial targets and to maximize profits through staff engagement and development, improved customer satisfaction as well as customer retention
- Oversee and encourage staff development
- Actively participate in recruitment
- Mentor, guide and train Mining Account Managers to the company standards
- Develop the product range for mining
- Ability to analyze reports and sales figures-
**Inherent Requirements**
- Matric or equivalent
- Must have a min of 5 years managerial experience
- Completed or studying towards a marketing / business degree or diploma or have a proven track record with relevant experience will be advantageous
- Min travel days a month with Account Mangers 16 days
- Willingness to travel within South Africa
- Excellent communication skills
