This is a remote position.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our client’s team as an Appointment Setter. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate qualified leads and schedule appointments.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in B2C sales or appointment setting.

2. Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage prospects and build rapport quickly.

3. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to effectively convey the value proposition and overcome objections.

4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to achieve daily/weekly/monthly appointment targets.

5. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools for lead management and appointment scheduling.

6. High level of professionalism and integrity in dealing with clients and colleagues.

7. Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry and record-keeping skills.

8. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
1. Experience in the industry relevant to our products/services.

2. Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies for lead generation.

Pay: R4 800,00 - R9 600,00 per month
