**Purpose of the role**

Account management and business development looking after key resellers that have joined the Apple Reseller Program. Develop and implement sales plans and strategies in line with business requirements, achieve set targets and objectives, execute marketing and training enablement strategies, develop and maintain relationship at all levels.

**Responsibilities**
- Reseller onboarding - direct engagement with qualifying resellers to increase the active reseller base..
- New Business Development - Drive new partnership and strategic opportunities for growth and deliver strategic guidance and analysis to help resellers achieve set targets.
- Customer relationship management - Development and maintenance of strong commercial relationships across multiple levels.
- Sales Planning and Execution - Review and analyse stock requirements per partner and secure committed forward orders.
- Ensure sales targets are met on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Enablement - Manage and execute Apple - focused enablement initiatives and training programs. Develop and execute event and training enablement activities for resellers.
- Reporting - Accurate and comprehensive reporting standards must be upheld at all times aligned to business requirements.

**Required skills and qualifications**
- Completed Matric
- Completed tertiary qualification is required.
- 5 years’ experience within SME/ Enterprise sales account management
- Must have own vehicle with license
- Experience in onboarding new customers.
- Basic understanding of tech, eCommerce platforms, portals and back - end processes.
- Able to travel locally and internationally if necessary.
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
