- Implement digital marketing campaigns on the company Platform
- Monitor campaign performance and raise any potential issues
- Correctly store all campaign information in the client folder
- Keep information stored in an easy-to-follow system, by maintaining company norms

- Assist with campaign implementation
- Build PCAs that add value and insight for clients based on campaign performance
- Pull reports as required

- Participate in weekly optimisation meetings

**Role**:

- Campaign Manager: Fully handles campaign implementation
- Assist HOD and Senior Campaign Managers with any tasks required
- Drive processes and implementations through the team
- Tech expert: Conduct an investigative inquiry into tech issues
- Raise tech issues with senior campaign managers
- Actively follow up on reported bugs on Log Bug
- Ad Ops Mentor: Effectively and efficiently pass information to junior ad operators to fulfill required tasks

**Responsibilities**:

- Set Up Campaigns
- Proper budget allocation (and rates) and impressions goals, create distance windows, and landing pages, implement targeting, 1st-party or 3rd-party creatives, and 3rd-party tracker tags
- Find live ads for proof of flight docs
- Build proof of flight report (screenshots)
- Optimise Campaigns
- Ensure campaign delivery
- Campaign reporting
- Monitor the performance and growth of junior ad operators
- Provide guidance and learnings to junior team members
- Set up and monitor Asana as a work management platform
- Delegate tasks and ensure the assignee has a full understanding of execution and the ability to complete tasks
- Develop, Asses, Action OKRs

**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Parktown, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelors (preferred)
