**Key Responsibilities**:

- **International Exports**: Manage and oversee the dispatch of products to SADC, East Africa, Nigeria, and Senegal through both road and sea, ensuring compliance with all documentation requirements.
- **Domestic Deliveries**: Take charge of all deliveries within South Africa that exceed 400km from our warehouse, coordinating with external transporters rather than our internal fleet.
- **Product Distribution**: Oversee the distribution of imported products to our customers.
- **Documentation Management**: Ensure all documentation, including Certificate of Conformity, Bill of Lading, import permits, vet certificates, vet inspections, etc., is meticulously handled and maintained.
- **Logistics Coordination**: Collaborate with the logistics team to facilitate the timely and efficient transportation of goods.
- **Budget Management**: Manage and optimize the dispatch budget effectively.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead, mentor, and inspire the dispatch team to achieve their best performance.

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: A relevant degree or diploma in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: A minimum of 3 years of experience in dispatch management, with a strong track record in international exports and meticulous documentation.
- **Detail-Oriented**: Exceptional attention to detail is a must due to the critical nature of documentation in this role.
- **Leadership**: Proven experience in leading and managing a team.
- **Budgeting**: Proficiency in budget management.
