**Responsibilities**:
- Bank account reconciliations
- Unit reconciliations
- Income distributions
- Loading of new funds
- Updating of prices
- Releasing of payments and collections
- Submitting trade instructions to Management Companies
- Payments to Management Company
- Purchase and Repurchase settlements on trading platform
- Cash flow movements
- SARB reports
- Confirmation of retail and institutional splits to Management Companies
- Regulation 28 Maintenance and updates
- Fund Consolidations
- Co-ordination of Ballot Process
- Adhoc projects
- Testing of administration system changes
- Preparation of process documents
- Investigation of system related issues
**Minimum Requirements**:
- B. Com Finance Degree
- Experience in the LISP (Linked Investment Service Provider) industry / Collective Investments would be an advantage
- Advanced Excel
