**Responsibilities**:

- Completion of daily bank reconciliations and active resolution of reconciling items
- Completion of daily unit reconciliations and active resolution of reconciling items
- Reduce all interlink and pricing recon items to an ageing limit
- Income distributions
- Unit Pricing Process;
- Performance Analysis;
- Nett vs Gross Pricing;
- Rebalancing processing;
- Releasing of payments and collections
- Transactional processing;
- Reporting on prices and confirmations;
- Take-On’s and Disinvestment´s;
- Personal Share Portfolios (PSP) processing;
- Operating within strict deadlines;
- Ensure payment and settlement processes are effected within SLA time with no operational losses, to improve client experience
- Managing monthly and daily deadlines;
- Adhoc projects / requests;
- Maintaining process documentation;
- Monitoring pricing mailbox;
- Daily processing of client cash flows;
- Purchase and Repurchase settlements on trading platform
- Cash flow movements analysis
- SARB reports
- Regulation 28 reporting
- Assisting with take-on and transitions of new client; and
- Implementing and maintaining controls.
- Fund Consolidations
- Co-ordination of Ballot Process
- Familiar with Forex administration processes within an Investment Management Business
- Project management experience
- Experience with process enhancements and improvement of business efficiency
- Weekly and monthly reporting to internal and external clients
- Strong sense of risk mitigation principals
- LISP experience an advantage
- Investigation and testing of system related issues

**Minimum Requirements**:

- B.Com Accounting/Investment Management
- Minimum 2 Years Operations Experience within an Investment Company (LISP or Investment Manager)
- Knowledge of Interlink an advantage
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel Knowledge
- Experience in the LISP (Linked Investment Service Provider) industry / Collective Investments would be an advantage
