**Job description**
This a unique opportunity to join a JSE-listed financial organisation that continually delivers excellent results and growth that exceed all competitors in the market. Become part of a team working on key projects in PSG Wealth Management in partnership with business stakeholders to deliver great value and have an opportunity to make a real impact on the PSG success story. Lead the team that provides infrastructure and ITSM services to PSG Financial Services Pty Ltd. An individual who can lead technical teams that deliver stability, security, scalability, and simplicity in IT infrastructure and operations will excel in our environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Focus on Service and Stability
- Build a centre of excellence for service management
- Deliver a thematic view of the systemic problem to focus on key risks
- Collaborate with BU’s to provide great service to our clients, Advisers and Business
- Instil Industry best practice ITSM and ITIL standards
- Improve communication and turnaround time with internal and external stakeholders
- Build services and skills for future cloud environments
- Accountable for cyber security strategy and management
- Capacity and risk management of environments
- Infrastructure architecture
- Disaster recovery management
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Experience leading IT Operations teams using ITIL and Cobit
- In-depth knowledge of running ITSM delivery
- Financial industry background and understanding
- Microsoft licensing understanding (OS/SQL)
- Enterprise Architecture
- Understanding of AWS and Azure services and environments
- In-depth knowledge of information and cyber security management
- Vendor management and negotiation
- Firewall and network technology
- VEEAM management
- 3 PAR storage environments
