Junior Partner Finance Associate

**What you’ll do**:

- Responsible for supporting tasks including but not limited to following up on outstanding rebate payments and reconciliations
- Work with partners to standardise and assist the team in collating any data for partner audits
- Liaise extensively with a range of company departments up to and including management; notably but not limited to sales, purchasing, finance and warehouse
- Processing of referral fee invoices and statements in a timely manner so commission can be paid within the set deadlines.
- Processing rebate related requests from Supplier management, Partner Management and Deal Registration teams, this will include requests from our international entities as well as our UK business.
- Processing lease related invoices on an ad hoc basis
- To log on to Microsoft CHIP portal to obtain LSP detail report and complete statement report to send to sales finance (LSP Fees)
- To Log on to Microsoft partner portal and to raise invoices based on payments received from Microsoft (To work with Cash Apps team), CSP, commerce incentive etc
- Receive statement from partner management for AWS to process the margin and raise invoices for monies received
- Any other Ad hoc request that may come through, to work with Partner Finance Analyst for anything new.
- Processing of credit notes to the accounts payables team and tracking this from confirmation of approved rebate to receipt of credit note from the partner. This will form part being able to forecast accurately to the business.
- To work with AP to resolve aged items on the ageing schedule within the rebates balance sheet file
- Any other ad hoc task that may arise as part of the evolution of the partner finance team

**What you need to succeed**:
**Must-have**:

- Experience in same/similar role.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
- Some data analysis experience.
- Experience in being able to process and complete tasks to strict deadlines.
- Possesses excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to facilitate meetings and effectively lead discussions.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with various levels of management and staff.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Good commercial acumen.
