The Senior Partner Associate will be responsible for ensuring NSC Global has a quality and cost-effective field engineering network globally, by engaging with the local partners in all approved countries and building strong relationships with the Partners and ensure that the selected Partners fulfil nscglobals’ customer requirements as well as developing our business offerings to our internal customer base.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and source new partners regionally or globally, into the Global Partner Network using the Cisco Partner Tool, and other suitable tools, based on requirements
- Assist in expanding the geographically coverage and improve the SLA capabilities provided by nscglobal for all domains / service lines
- Maintain OLA between internal Stakeholders and Partners
- Project deliverables: (SOW, Schedules, pricing/costs, risks)
- Drive down 'Planned' partner costs in specific global Region by target 5% per quarter, and track for reporting
- Ensure all current partners are set up in full during the onboarding process (NDA, Partner Agreement, addendums, contract schedules, payment terms, SLA’s & KPI’s and partner details documentation)
- Manage Partners’ Profiles by ensuring all documentation and data has been received, contract documents have been signed and countersigned by Legal, shared back to Partners, and filed / saved internally in the relevant Partner folder on J:Drive, and tracked in the Partner Onboarding Tracker
- Take ownership of the partner skills and capability matrices and ensure the documents are kept up to date and accessible to the business through the completion of the Partner Onboarding Data Pack, with supporting documentation
- Build strong relationships with each key partner identified
- Analyze partner performance through weekly, monthly and quarterly review meetings and documented with all key partners (Top 30), and update in the Review Feedback Tracker
- Manage the Partner Issues Inbox for all day-to-day escalation activities, and action or assign accordingly
- Act as point of escalation for the Global Partner Management team
- Ensure timely delivery of all reporting for Escalations
- Put required Partner Service Improvement Plan (PSIP) in place based on internal escalations and Partner performance, and manage process and document accordingly
- Carry out all monthly financial and governance reporting requirements
- Compile monthly report relating to specific customers or Partners to support Spend vs activities covered by Support or Planned activities globally or per country (Based on month-end reporting data / presentations - put together as required)
- Manage the Partner Management Requests Inbox relating to quoting and information Requests from the Pre-Sales / Solutioning Team or other internal stakeholders, and action or assign each request, accordingly by providing feedback within OLA
- Maintain Global Partner Management Requests Tracker and update daily with requests, aligned Partner and feedback
- Draft and manage contract documentation based on Scope of Won Business Deals / Transitions, align suitable Partners for the project / contract, won deal / transition. Track each project alignment and management thereof through Partner Tracker.
- Manage and update or have the Global Partner Network Database spreadsheet (J:, and in TEAMs) updated, and be responsible for ensuring all updates provided are actioned timeously and that the data is kept up to date and accurate
- Ad-hoc administrative projects (such as updating or creating document templates, training notes, give input on e.g., FYE analysis as required, ad-hoc analysis relating to Partner / Customer / Activity Country for Support / Unplanned Activity / Planned Activity)
- Implement all requests from Line Manager
- Assigning of tasks to achieve OLA, KPI and targets for region to Partner Associate(s)
- Training and mentoring of Partner Associate(s), and Intern(s) relating to their day-to-day activities within the Partner Global Services in South Africa.

- Experience in either the IT or Telecommunication fields
- Experience in sourcing new suppliers/Vendors
- Ability to negotiate competitive rates and within required budgets
- Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office, including advanced use of spreadsheets
- Knowledge and experience of Database systems
- SharePoint experience advantageous
