**Role Description**
- Law degree from a top South African based tertiary institution
- Languages: English - spoke and written (required)
- Available immediately
- Willing to work US hours (11am-8pm OR 12pm - 9pm OR 1pm - 10pm)
- Experience in foreign jurisdictions advantageous
- Corporate or Banking and Finance Background
