We are seeking to employ an intermediate to mid-level Customer Success Manager that is Durban based.

**About You**
In order to succeed in a position like this, you will need to be someone that enjoys taking the lead on tasks and ensures that objectives are met. You will need to possess exceptional key account management skills and knowledge in B2B sales as you will be taking responsibility over our client campaigns and will need to ensure it's success.
**Position Overview**:
As customer success, your mission is to get our client's the best ROI from working with us.
You will need to manage multiple client campaigns that require constant work, oversight and insight in order to be successful.
This will require that you communicate with internal staff to ensure that the campaign materials are ready each week, you will need to prepare and monitor multiple campaigns daily, and finally learn to gather insight that is shared with our clients and used to improve the campaigns.
Sounds simple right? The concept is easy, but executing takes initiative, discipline, optimism and a drive to succeed. The position requires constant micro-decisions, thinking on the spot, and the work at a calm past with several tasks in a given day. We’ll give you the tools, and training to be successful, but your hard work and ingenuity will bring this role to life.
**Primary Responsibilities**:
- You will need to ensure that client campaigns are prepped and launched in a timely manner each week
- You will need to monitor client campaigns methodically, at regular intervals without dropping the ball
- You will need to couple your knowledge of B2B outbound sales and gathered insight on the campaign in order to update the client and initiative positive changes to the campaign
- You will need to pick up and deal with client queries/issues/concerns in a timely manner
- You will need to meet with our clients and discuss their campaign ROI

**Requirements - Must Haves**:
- 2 years of work-experience in B2B Customer Success
- Strong handle of structures, customer success & process/project management
- Deep interest in business
- Active commitment to customer success
- Great with people & understanding of needs
- Understand the power of marketing automation & B2B sales
- Excellent communicator - written & verbal
- Good record of delivery with small teams
- A high level of quality delivery & expectation
