Are you a hospitality pro who thrives on building relationships, solving problems, and delivering results? We're looking for a Client Success Manager to join our dynamic Place Order team and work closely with our restaurant and retail clients to help adopt & grow their digital solutions. This is a mid-level role where you’ll be the go-to person for our key clients, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while also leading high-impact projects, including: The launch of our AI ordering technology (a first in Africa) Rollout of a key accounts closed-loop voucher card program What You’ll Do Serve as the trusted advisor and main point of contact for a portfolio of restaurant and hospitality clients. Troubleshoot and resolve client issues with speed, empathy, and clarity. Partner with cross-functional teams (sales, product, dev) to manage new client launches and ensure seamless onboarding. Lead the AI project rollout , aligning internal teams and client stakeholders. Lead the day-to-day client service management for a key retail account. Provide strategic insights to clients on improving online ordering performance, menu setup, and tech usage. Advocate for client needs internally, helping shape product development and support strategies. What You Bring 3+ years in account management, customer success, or operations in the hospitality or restaurant tech space. Solid understanding of online ordering systems , POS platforms, or restaurant operations. Strong project management and communication skills: You can guide launches, not just support them. Tech-savvy with a passion for innovation, especially around AI, loyalty, or digital ordering solutions. Comfortable navigating between client relationships and internal execution.
