**Job Summary**:
The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is the key point of contact for sellers throughout the transaction process, ensuring an efficient and transparent experience from start to finish. As the bridge between our acquisitions and dispositions teams, you will ensure sellers are prepared for listing and feel confident in the process. You will manage everything from documentation and photo coordination to regular communication, all while offering calm, professional support during what can be a high-pressure time.

We are looking for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, has exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, and is committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Initial Outreach & Transition**:

- Initiate contact with sellers after contract signing, reinforcing expectations and building rapport.Collect necessary details such as mortgage information and titleholder names to ensure smooth progress.
- **Listing Preparation**:
Organize professional photography and document collection, ensuring all seller paperwork is submitted correctly.Manage minor repairs or clean-outs, and check the property’s readiness before listing.Educate sellers on the listing and showing process.
- **Seller Communication & Support**:
Serve as the primary point of contact for sellers throughout the transaction.Work alongside the Transaction Coordinator to provide regular updates and ensure everything is moving forward.Proactively resolve any concerns or issues, and encourage positive seller feedback.
- **Experience**: 2+ years in customer success, real estate, or transaction coordination
- **Skills**: Strong communication and organizational abilities, with a knack for managing emotions and solving problems
- Proficient with CRM systems and digital tools

**Success Metrics**:

- Speed of initial contact
- Seller satisfaction ratings
- Percentage of properties listed on time
- Accuracy of updates to sellers and handoff to Dispositions team

Pay: R22 484,00 - R23 000,00 per month
