**Senior Project Administrator**

**Job Objectives**:
The Project Administrator assists with project management duties, overseeing and performing administrative functions concerned with high level complex IT projects within a large enterprise. We are specifically looking for a senior individual with significant experience in supporting enterprise level large scale IT and technical projects. Some of your admin duties may include calling contractors, making appointments, ordering supplies, doing store site visits and preparing reports for IT management.

**Main Accountabilities/ Responsibilities**:

- Managing budgets and expenditure
- Coordinating meetings
- Taking minutes
- Organizing venues
- Planning projects
- Updating the project calendar
- Creating PowerPoint presentations
- Performing administrative duties
- Tracking projects
- Recommending changes
- Keeping update on compliance regulations
- Resolving issues related to the project
- Timesheet administration

**Requirements**:

- Matric
- Tertiary qualification in Project Management and advantage
- Experience in Project Administration (6+ years) This is a senior role within complex IT projects
- Proven track record of previous exposure to Projects and Project deliverable
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal relationship skills, and ability to engage and communicate effectively across diverse audiences
- Excellent and effective organisational and administrative skills; planning and time management
- Ability to multitask and prioritise, working on a number of projects simultaneously
- Experience in using productivity suite (Microsoft Office), project management tools, and portfolio management software
