Sales Support Assistant must work accurately and quickly to ensure that the Sales team receives the best possible service. Must also possess strong people skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
The Sales Support Assistant position at RetailNext is the ideal role for a person whose goal is to begin a successful career within the Sales Operations and Salesforce CRM department. Sales Support Assistant provides support to Account Executives and Larger sales teams on everything sales and salesforce related.
No prior experience is required for this position, and it would suit a graduate who wants to be a part of an exciting organization where they can learn and grow within the team. This person will be an essential part of our team's success, and we are searching for someone who is curious, personable, positive, and has a strong work ethic. This position offers a lot of exposure to the Salesforce, The leading global CRM systems, and the more significant Sales and Marketing teams.
Day to Day Duties, Included but not limited to
- Updating of Customer Accounts records in CRM
- Assist sales staff in the creation of Sales Opportunities in CRM
- Assist sales staff in the creation of all Sales Quotes
- Process purchase orders received through Jira tickets from customers.
- Ensuring all documentation that is required for the accounts and legal teams is captured, accurate and complete.
- Schedule and organize and coordinate sales meetings.
- Accurately respond to requests for information, quotes, and specifications.
- Liaise with other teams within RetailNext and sources of information.
- Coordinate Sales Collateral, presentations, and updating sales ops documentation online.
- Above all, the Sales Operations team is here to assist and support Retailnext in achieving hundred percent sales outcomes.

- Excellent planning and organizing skills
- Able to function well under pressure
- Reliable, trustworthy, flexible, and able to be own and be responsible for any tasks or projects taken on.
- Independent, and results orientated, and self-motivated
- Practical time-management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple projects by importance
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, efficient, proactive, a problem solver, and a team player with a strong interest in the RetailNext business
- Salesforce or other CRM experience a plus but not required
- MS Excel or Google Sheets experience a plus but not required
