TutorChase is a UK-based online education company offering elite tutoring services to students worldwide. We operate with a small, remote team across the UK, China, and other countries, all dedicated to delivering exceptional academic support to our global clientele.
**Position Overview**
We are seeking a proactive **Lead Generator** to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential sales leads, initiating contact with prospective customers, and nurturing interest in TutorChase’s services. Your work will play a critical role in supporting the sales team by creating a strong pipeline of high-quality leads.
You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping to drive awareness and interest in our tutoring offerings. This is a fully remote position, ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, highly organized, and skilled in researching and engaging prospective clients.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Research and identify new leads through online platforms, directories, and other sources.
- Qualify leads based on specific criteria and ensure they meet our ideal client profile.
- Schedule and hand over qualified leads to the sales team for follow-up and conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Monitor and track lead generation metrics and report on campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine targeting strategies.
- Perform administrative tasks related to lead generation such as list building and data entry.
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or a similar outbound prospecting role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable and persuasive on phone calls and digital communication.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage large lead lists.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to meeting targets and deadlines.
- Experience with CRM systems and lead tracking tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to contribute to a growing team.
**Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, with flexible working hours**
Pay: R12 000,00 - R25 000,00 per month
