**Position**: Professional Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Professional Sales Executive** to join our vibrant and rapidly expanding team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a proven track record in sales, who can handle high-value inbound leads with precision, professionalism, and a focus on delivering results.

**Primary Objective of the Position**

You will also be responsible for identifying upselling opportunities, analyzing customer needs, and achieving ambitious sales targets. An attractive basic salary is offered, with the opportunity to earn substantial incentives based on performance.

**Key Responsibilities and Tasks**
- **Drive sales performance**: Convert inbound leads into successful sales consistently, exceeding targets.
- **Customer consultation**: Conduct detailed consultations to identify customer needs and tailor solutions effectively.
- **Upselling and cross-selling**: Maximize sales opportunities by introducing customers to add-ons and premium services.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with installation, activation, and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Lead management**: Accurately track, update, and manage customer interactions on designated platforms.
- **Sales reporting**: Provide regular updates on sales metrics, pipeline progress, and strategies for improvement.
- **Professional representation**: Act as a brand ambassador, upholding the company’s values in all interactions.
- **Problem resolution**: Address escalated inquiries with efficiency and a solution-oriented mindset.

**Education & Experience Requirements**
- **Minimum Qualification**:

- Matric Certificate.
- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- **Professional Experience**:

- Minimum **3 years of proven experience in sales** within the ISP, telecoms, or related industry.
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a professional setting.
- Demonstrated experience managing high-value leads and VIP clients.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
