**Your Role**:
We are seeking a **German-speaking Influencer Management Coordinator** to help expand our presence in the gut health space by connecting with Instagram creators who share personal experiences with digestive health. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying, engaging, and nurturing relationships with influencers who align with our brand’s mission. Your efforts will directly contribute to raising awareness and encouraging organic advocacy for our innovative gut health products.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Influencer Discovery & Outreach** - Identify and research Instagram creators who focus on gut health, ensuring alignment with our brand values.

**2. Relationship Management** - Build and maintain strong, authentic relationships with influencers, fostering long-term collaborations.

**3. Database Organization** - Maintain an organized and up-to-date influencer database to track outreach, engagement, and campaign performance.

**5. Follow-Ups & Engagement** - Ensure consistent follow-ups with influencers who receive products, encouraging feedback and content creation.

**6. Logistics & Coordination** - Oversee the timely distribution and shipment of products to influencers, ensuring smooth collaboration.

**7. Performance Monitoring** - Track engagement, content quality, and audience response to influencer collaborations to refine outreach strategies.

**Requirements**:

- ** Fluent in German** (written and spoken) - required for influencer outreach and engagement.
- ** Experience in influencer marketing, community management, or social media outreach** is a plus.
- Strong **organizational skills** to manage and maintain influencer databases.
- Excellent **written communication skills** for professional and engaging outreach.
- Familiarity with **Instagram trends, influencer dynamics, and engagement strategies**.
- Ability to work **independently** and **execute outreach strategies efficiently**.
