The Production Manager oversees the entire bakeware manufacturing process, ensuring

efficient and optimal production across all shifts. They are responsible for setting production

goals, managing resources, and achieving high-quality output while meeting cost and safety

objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement production plans and schedules in alignment with company

goals and customer demand.
- Oversee the entire production process and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflows and improve overall plant

efficiency.
- Manage and lead a team of production foremen, shift leaders, and team leaders.
- Manage budgets and monitor production costs, identifying and implementing cost
- saving measures.
- Recruit, train, and develop production personnel, including foremen, shift leaders,

team leaders, and operators.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures throughout the production

process.
- Analyze production data, identify areas for improvement, and continuously implement

process optimizations.
- Manage and resolve production issues and disruptions, minimizing downtime and

ensuring timely delivery.
- Manage and prioritize maintenance requests for equipment and machinery.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and procedures across all

manufacturing departments.
- Collaborate with the Operations director to align production goals with overall

business objectives.
- Report production performance metrics and key issues to the Operations Director

and Senior Management as required.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field

preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing leadership role, preferably in

metalworking or sheet metal industries.
- Strong understanding of production processes, quality control methodologies, and

lean manufacturing principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse teams, achieve production goals, and

manage budgets effectively.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
