**What we are looking for**:
We are on a mission to propel our groundbreaking product, which has already gained exceptional commercial traction, to become a market leader and a powerful tool for addressing some of society's most pressing problems. Your main responsibility will be to drive the enterprise pipeline through multi-channel campaigns. You will be in charge of both strategising and executing demand generation programs, with a focus on outbound campaigns and paid programs, among others. You will need to develop a deep understanding of our target market and leverage your analytical skills to constantly improve campaigns. As you develop the demand generation function, you will have the opportunity to embark on a journey of testing and innovating new programs and channels.

**Responsibilities and tasks**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive, multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive high-quality pipeline and revenue from enterprise accounts.
- Manage the paid channels with execution support from a performance marketer. As the owner of the demand generation strategy, outcomes, and content, you will have a key role in driving success.
- Developing a deep understanding of the target audience is a key competency for developing effective campaigns and related materials. As part of your work, you will need to maintain consistent communication with both the sales team and the target audience.
- One of your key responsibilities will be to develop new demand-generation programs to continually increase the share of marketing-driven pipeline generation in comparison to outbound-driven approaches.

- and offline events. You will be responsible for creating your own content as needed, managing a content budget, and collaborating with peers who oversee organic channels, performance marketing, marketing automation, design, and freelancers.

**Need-to-have**:

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B demand generation and at least 3 years of experience in marketing to the enterprise segment
- Having had exceptional prior results in managing paid channels in a B2B environment, as well as managing outbound programs, will be crucial for this role.
- Strong analytical skills to develop a deep understanding of the target audience and a number-driven growth mindset for continually improving upon campaigns
