**Recruitment Supervisor**

**Location: Boksburg, Gauteng**

**Key Responsibilities**:
Provide supervisory guidance, direction, and support to recruiting team.

Source, recruit, and hire Code 14&10 drivers.

Craft sourcing strategies using online channels.

Liaise with finance and HR teams to align recruitment strategies with budgets and enforce position management.

Attend leadership meetings to provide status updates, report on progress, and other related KPIs.

Conduct Interviews.

Other duties as assigned.

**Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:
Excellent leadership skills with proven ability to grow and develop team.

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Strong public speaking skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to details.

**Qualifications and Experience**:
Grade 12, HR/Industrial Psychology Diploma or Degree.

5 years or more in recruitment will be advantageous.
