Conducting Health Surveillance tests, such as spirometry, audiology and vision, weight, height, and BMI testing and counselling
- Perform HIV testing and counselling
- Perform physical examination of patients
- Provide accurate written, electronic and verbal reports
- Draft client certificates and recording of client results
- General patient care while the patients are undergoing medical assessments
- Management of equipment, ensuring that calibrations and services are performed on a regular basis
- Draft, implement and revision of procedures and processes to ensure that best practices are implemented
- Plan Work in an efficient and effective order, maximizing progress in a safe and timely manner, and general management on ongoing jobs, including staff, clients, stock and equipment
- General administration related to operations
- Ensure all new hires receive their required orientation and attend company designated training
- Monitor and manage employee attendance, ensuring the timely arrival and participation of all staff members'
- Delegate tasks and accountabilities, instruct, supervise, lead and direct staff
- Liaise with Human resource department on a variety of employee related issues, including employee development, recruitment, benefits, training, terminations and investigations
- Liaise with marketing and business development to ensure proper planning for upcoming jobs
- Liaise with finance department regarding profitability, affordability and invoicing of completed jobs
- Management of Odire Medical Surveillance client files
- Any other reasonable request received by director supervisor
- Conduct Covid Tests
- Conduct health and safety training
- Conduct Medical Surveillance on sites as and when required
- Develop and implement quality management standards
- Implement waste management and stock control management standards
- Implement hygiene standards in the workplace
- Implement maintenance and calibration of equipment.

**Salary**: From R35,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:

- OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH NURSING: 1 year (preferred)
License/Certification:

- SOUTH AFRICAN NURSING COUNCIL (required)
