Our client, an established industry leader in Supply Chain Solutions, is looking to fill the permanent position of Warehouse Supervisor – Devices Technical (Inbound /Outbound/eCommerce) as soon as possible. This is a mid-level supervisor position offering a market related package. Purpose of Position The purpose of the job is to ensure that All Technical Devices /Spares / e Commerce Stock destined for Inbound / Outbound Principals is received /reworked/invoiced - physically and entered onto the system accurately also out bounded accurately and correctly. Ensure that the Technical Inbound/Outbound/e Commerce SLA is achieved daily. Cycle Counts and Stocktakes are performed as per the daily Warehouse Schedule. Requirements At least 3 years relevant Overall Warehouse experience – Receiving / Despatching & Returning of stock being the most important Computer Literacy – (Essential) = Excel /Word and any Best of Breed Warehouse Management System experience). Previous Academic Warehousing Qualification (Preferable). Previously worked in a Warehousing environment manual or automated for more than 2 years (Essential). Any current automated Material Handling equipment Licences (preferable). Excellent numerical (Ability to calculate mathematical values) and communication skills – both verbally and written. Ability to meet tight Deadlines / Work under constant pressure. Inventory Control Experience /Stock take experience. (Essential) Must have handled and resolved to handle intricate/complex Customer queries effectively and efficiently. Must have been effective at Leading and driving a Team for Agility and Quality before – proof of accomplishment would be required. Key Outputs Provide clear written and oral instructions to subordinates to improve efficiencies Daily Technical /e Commerce Warehouse Technical Reverse Logistics SLA Measurement Ensure that Processes for Physical and System Receiving for all Inbound /Outbound /Reverse Stock are followed correctly Daily Maintain an orderly and neat stock area daily– All Principals (Customers) Maintaining "In transit" Storage area by organising floor space /Correctly Dressing of pallets before storage Reporting on daily Inbound/Outbound /Reverse Stock movements Health and Safety Quality processes Stock Management Cost conscious Applicants Kindly Note No CV’s will be accepted after the closing date.
