Admin: Costing Coordinator

We are looking to employ an experienced, hard-working, and efficient person to fill this Paarl-based position as** Costing Coordinator**.
- Matric
- A relevant tertiary qualification would be an advantage
- 5+ years experience in a similar role
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is essential
- Excellent computer skills: Experience in Excel & ERP systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong administrative skills
- Organised, neat and pays attention to detail
- Able to cope under pressure & work as part of a team
- Stock knowledge
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
The primary tasks include:
- Prepare & manage project files.
- Liaise with project-department.
- Invoicing of projects and maintaining project invoicing milestones as per sales order payment terms.
- Attend weekly production meetings to monitor progress of projects.
- Liaise with Work in Progress stores for unissued requirements.
- Liaise with Procurement department for requirements not received.
- Review Bill of Material vs transactions on job costing report on ERP systems.
- Variance analysis & resolution.
- Prepare job closure and costing summary ensuring all supporting documentation is on file.
- Costing of manufactured parts used in Production or on Lease lines. (Stock Jobs)
- Assist with stock counts.
- Assist with financial year-end audit
