**PURPOSE OF POSITION**
To provide efficient and accurate administrative support to the Stores Department. The Admin Assistant plays a key role in maintaining stock transaction accuracy, ensuring effective record keeping, and supporting daily operations that are critical to supply chain continuity and inventory control.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Process and file documentation such as GRNs, delivery notes, and issue slips
- Capture stock transactions accurately on ERP or inventory systems
- Assist with verification of incoming and outgoing stock transactions
- Maintain organised filing systems and ensure compliance with document control procedures
- Communicate with internal departments and suppliers to coordinate deliveries and resolve discrepancies
- Support stocktaking and cycle counting processes
- Escalate issues promptly and follow up to resolution
- Perform general administrative tasks in support of the Stores team

- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset

**REQUIREMENTS**
- **Matric Certificate (Grade 12)** - **Required**:

- 1-2 years of administrative experience in a warehouse, stores, or supply chain environment
- Proven experience handling stock documentation
- Exposure to ERP or inventory platforms
- Ability to manage high volumes of paperwork efficiently and accurately
