Paid Media Specialist

**Key responsibilities**:Strategy development**:
Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
Conduct in-depth audience research and competitor analysis to identify target segments and optimise campaign performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of paid media efforts with other marketing initiatives.
**Campaign management**:
Manage and optimise paid media campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising.
Monitor campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI), to identify optimization opportunities.
A/B test different ad creatives, targeting strategies, and bidding strategies to maximise campaign effectiveness.
**Budget management**:
Develop and manage budgets for paid media campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Track and analyse campaign spending to optimise ROI and identify cost-saving opportunities.
**Reporting and analysis**:
Generate regular performance reports, including key metrics, insights, and recommendations.
Utilise data analytics tools to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders, including senior management and marketing teams.
**Stay updated**:
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in paid media advertising.
Attend industry conferences and webinars to expand your knowledge and network with other professionals.
**Required**:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
Five+ years of experience in paid media, with a strong focus on Google Ads, social media advertising, and programmatic advertising.
Proven track record of managing and optimising high-performing paid media campaigns.
In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant advertising platforms.
TikTok and Apple Search
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
Excellent project management and organisational skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Experience with digital marketing tools and technologies.
A passion for data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
