**Job Summary**

As a Waiter at Pear Tree Bistro, you will be the face of our restaurant, delivering outstanding service and creating a welcoming environment for every guest. You’ll combine professionalism with personality, ensuring each guest feels valued and cared for. Your knowledge of our menu, specials, and beverage offerings will help you guide guests through their dining experience with confidence and enthusiasm.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Warmly welcome and seat guests, providing attentive and friendly service throughout their visit.
- Present menus and confidently explain dishes, ingredients, and specials.
- Take and process food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve meals and beverages promptly and with care.
- Ensure tables and dining areas are clean, set, and well-presented at all times.
- Check in with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any issues quickly and professionally.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar teams to maintain smooth service flow.
- Process payments and handle billing accurately.
- Uphold Pear Tree Bistro’s standards of service, presentation, and hospitality.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant or café environment (bistro or casual fine dining experience preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude.
- Basic food and wine knowledge (training provided).
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
