We are looking for a professional and personable **Waiter** with at least **2 years’ experience in a fine dining or luxury hotel environment**.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Waiter in an upmarket restaurant or hotel.
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, and service etiquette.
- Ability to engage with guests in a warm, confident, and professional manner.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- South African Citizenship

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide attentive, high-quality service to all guests.
- Accurately take orders and coordinate with the kitchen and bar.
- Ensure tables are set and maintained to the highest standard.
- Handle guest queries and requests promptly and professionally.
- Uphold the service standards and reputation of the restaurant.
