Milk on the Beach is a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant known for excellent food and exceptional service. We are seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our front-of-house team as Waiters/Servers.

**Job Summary**:
As a Waiter at Milk on the Beach, you will be the face of our dining experience. Your primary responsibility is to ensure guests receive outstanding service from the moment they are seated until they leave. You’ll need to be quick on your feet, knowledgeable about our menu, and able to handle a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests promptly and warmly
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions regarding food and beverages
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay to kitchen and bar staff
- Serve food and drinks efficiently and in a timely manner
- Monitor tables to ensure guests have everything they need
- Handle guest complaints or requests professionally and promptly
- Clear and reset tables between seatings
- Process payments and operate POS systems
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow
- Uphold restaurant cleanliness and presentation standards

**Qualifications**:

- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience required
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math and cash-handling skills
