As a **Junior Project Manager,** you will play a key role in the day-to-day coordination and execution of Solar PV projects. You will work closely with senior project managers, engineers, procurement, construction, and client to ensure that projects are delivered **on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction**. This role is ideal for a motivated individual looking to grow within the renewable energy sector and gain hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle.

**Minimum Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- A tertiary qualification in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or junior project management roles,preferably in construction or renewable energy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and JobSys or similar project and cost control systems.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive mindset with attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and change control processes is an advantage.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day management and execution of projects, strictly aligned with clientrequirements and agreed standards.
- Monitor construction activities in accordance with schedules agreed upon with the client.
- Facilitate coordination and communication between clients, consultants, and other externalstakeholders.
- Ensure the efficient and timely flow of information within the project team and externally.
- Manage all aspects of project safety in accordance with legal and company requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation and progress reports.
- Ensure all projects adhere to governance and compliance frameworks and internal procedures.Identify, analyse, and manage project risks proactively.
- Successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring each meets its objectives.
- Develop and track project plans and schedules using Microsoft Project.
- Implement strict cost control measures and reporting using JobSys.
- Draft and motivate scope change requests and manage the change control process.
- Ensure full compliance with ISO 9001 standards.Coordinate cross-functional disciplines including engineering and procurement to ensure smoothproject execution.
- Collect, verify, and manage documentation from all relevant project disciplines.
