The Agricultural and Manufacturing Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the company’s agricultural implement manufacturing operations and business activities. Position: LIVE OUT Minimum Requirements TS – Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Agricultural Management, Mechanical Engineering, Production Management, or related field. Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in agricultural implement manufacturing or related industry. Strong technical knowledge of farm machinery, design, and fabrication process. Proven experience in client engagement, product development, and business management. Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 3834, and manufacturing quality systems. Proficiency in MS Office and understanding of technical drawing or CAD design. Key Skills and Competencies Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, particularly with farmers and clients. Technical understanding of agricultural implements and their field applications. Strategic thinking and business acumen. Ability to translate client feedback into actionable product improvements. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
