**INDEFINITE FIXED-TERM CONTRACT IN AN EXTERNALLY FUNDED PROGRAMME**
**CENTRE FOR ACADEMIC SUCCESS IN SCIENCE AND ENGINEERING [CASSE]**
**PIETERMARITZBURG/WESTVILLE/HOWARD COLLEGE CAMPUS
**REFERENCE NUMBER: UKZN_000138
The incumbent will assist in all aspects of academic and professional administration of CASSE
and will be responsible for the administration of CASSE matters on Howard College,
Pietermaritzburg and Westville.
The incumbent will report to the Head, CASSE
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Matric plus one-year qualification.
- Three years relevant experience in a similar environment.
- Experience in word-processing and spreadsheet operation
- Experience in the use of Student Management System (SMS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience in minute taking and letter writing.
