Key areas of responsibility:

- Answering the phone and accepting visitors
- Ordering stationery and groceries
- Providing basic administrative support to other staff
- Photocopying and faxing documents
- Assisting with health and safety admin.

**Requirements**:

- Matric
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in an admin/front-line role
- Must be a person living with a disability
- Well-spoken and presentable
- Good written communication skills
- Logical and organised.
