As a **Sales Assistant** at **Conscious Lifestyle Collective**, you will be the face of our store, delivering exceptional customer service, assisting with store operations, and helping to create a welcoming and inspiring shopping experience. You will work closely with the team to promote our range of sustainable products and ensure that every customer leaves feeling valued and connected to our mission.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with customers, answering questions, and assisting with product selection.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about our range of eco-friendly products, including beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and home decor, to help educate customers and drive sales.
- **Sales**: Meet sales targets by promoting our products, offering styling or product recommendations, and fostering a welcoming shopping environment.
- **Store Presentation**: Help maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store, ensuring products are well-displayed and inventory is neatly stocked.
- **Stock Management**: Assist with receiving and restocking inventory, keeping track of product availability, and ensuring accurate product displays.
- **Brand Representation**: Represent the brand’s values of sustainability, ethical sourcing, and community engagement at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred, but not required. A passion for sustainability and eco-friendly products is a must
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Enthusiastic about promoting products with a purpose and educating customers about conscious living.
- Ability to stay organized and handle a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

**Job Requirements**:

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong interest in sustainable living and eco-conscious products.
- Must be available to start on **December 15th**.
