**Job Functions**:

- Assist customers in selecting the most appropriate products for their needs.
- Drives upselling through engagement of customers, suggestive selling and sharing product knowledge.
- Mitigate against churn through excellent retentions strategies.
- Receiving customer documentation and information and ensure accuracy thereof.
- Resolve customer queries proficiently.
- Provides outstanding customer service.
- And any other reasonable task.

NB - this is not a commission-based role.

**Requirements**:

- Completed Matric certificate.
- Tertiary level qualification in Business, Marketing or related will be preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years direct sales experience.
- 2 years customer service experience.
- 1 year within an ISP environment will be preferred.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Fibre product knowledge. Interpersonal skills.
- Must have worked on a CRM.
- Time Management skills.
- Must be able to multitask effectively.
