**Job Duties**:

- Main output is hunting and finding new SME business
- Main objective is selling FTTB products in the surrounding Cape Town and national areas, by targeting various business’s & business parks etc.
- Selling additional VAS services e.g. VoIP, Security, WiFi, Cloud solutions
- This role may require travel outside of the Western Cape to target specific areas
- Manage FTTB accounts through the entire sales process, from pre-sales to post-sales
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Presentations to key decision makers of a business and relevant stakeholders
- Cold canvassing and cold calling to on-board new SME clients. Coming up with strategies to target new business
- Identify and target new business parks in new fibre build areas
- Actively marketing FTTB through social media and Below the Line advertising techniques
- Maintaining familiarity with and keeping up to date with changes in the industry
- Ensure accurate formulation and co-ordination of proposals
- Provide liaison between client and operational team to ensure successful implementation of solutions sold and to ensure overall client satisfaction
- Effectively manage client relationships by doing follow up calls
- Effective co-ordination and escalation of matters to relevant business units
- Assisting manager with constructive feedback in improving service delivery, product innovation and development
- Providing regular and ongoing communication to manager on relevant issues
- Maintain accurate Pipeline and Zoho systems for analytics/reporting
- Attending relevant industry events
- Planning and running events or activities that will generate new leads
- Taking initiative to spot opportunities that will generate new leads

**Requirements**:

- Completed grade 12 or equivalent
- 2- 4 years’ minimum sales experience (in a similar role)
- 2 - 4 years’ experience and knowledge in a ISP environment
- Strong desire to hunt new accounts
- Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- FTTB: 2 years (preferred)

License/Certification:
