As we prepare for the busy holiday season, we are looking for a **temporary weekend sales assistant** who can help our customers find beautiful, sustainable products while contributing to the success of our store.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide **exceptional customer service** and assist customers in finding products that fit their needs and values.
- Keep the store **neat, organized**, and visually appealing, ensuring products are well-displayed and accessible.
- Process sales transactions and assist with stock management.
- Participate in **holiday promotions** and maintain an energetic and welcoming atmosphere.
- **Meet sales targets** to earn an additional performance-based incentive (a small percentage of sales when targets are met).

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A **passionate individual** who cares about sustainability and eco-friendly living.
- **Retail experience** is preferred but not essential—what’s more important is a **positive attitude** and willingness to learn.
- **Reliable, punctual,** and able to work both Saturdays and Sundays during the holiday season.
- **Team-oriented** and able to work independently, taking initiative when needed.
